We offer a 30-day commercial returns policy for eligible items, without prejudice to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Time limit

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

The product must be in the condition in which it was received, with no signs of misuse and with all included components. Whenever possible, it should be returned in its original packaging.

How to request a return

Contact us first at geaneparty@gmail.com or on WhatsApp, providing your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send products back before receiving return instructions.

Personalised products

Products made to specifications chosen by the customer or clearly personalised may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law. This does not limit rights relating to defects, damage or incorrect products.

Damaged or incorrect product

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and send photographs of the product and packaging.

Return costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping. In the event of an error on our part or a confirmed defect, we will assess the appropriate solution.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time until it appears in your account may depend on your bank.
